Booking with SPRING JAPAN in English!!!

SPRING JAPAN(SPRING AIRLINES JAPAN/春秋航空日本） is now operating daily flights each from Tokyo Narita(東京成田) to Hiroshima(広島), Saga(佐賀) and Takamtasu（高松）.
At the moment, there are 3 ways to book flights of SPRING JAPAN:
1) To make a call to the call center
2) To book at the airport desk
3) To book on the website of SPRING JAPAN
If you make a call to the call center, the general procedure for booking a flight is described below.
1. Telephone to 0570-666-118. (Opening hour: is 9：00～21：00 / 7 days a week）
2. After the announcement in Chinese, which takes about 20 seconds, you should press 1.
3. There is the announcement in Japanese. You should press 4 after that.
4. Then you can talk to an operator.
First you should ask her whether she can speak English or not. I think they may be able to use English, so you will be fine.
If you want to book your flight at the airport desk, you need to purchase it 35 minutes before departure. They can understand English, but a handling charge of 1000 JPY will be applied to your purchase. Also you have to make sure that the desk may be open nearly a day at Narita Airport, but others are open from 90 to 35 minutes before departure.
If you want to book on the website of SPRING JAPAN, they allow to book flights only in Japanese language at the moment, so I'll show you how to book your flights in English!
*A: Changes made more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled departure time shall be processed free of charge. Changes made less than 24 hours before departure shall incur a change fee.
*B: Changes made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure time shall be processed free of charge. Changes made less than 24 hours before departure shall incur a change fee.
After choosing seat, you should click "会員ログイン (membership log in) and enter your ID and pass word.
Enter the details of all passengers on your booking.
The name you enter for each passenger must be the same as the name in their passport or other ID.
When you click "次へ (next)", the confirmation screen comes up. It only shows in Japanese, but you may understand the departure date and time.
Choose your window, aisle, exit row or upfront seat. A fee may apply.
I recommend you choose to sit in the 6-15 row of the right side.
Those seats are wider than others, so it's worthy to pay 200JPY!!
Spring Japan is a unique budget airline.
Because, your reservation would be confirmed before payment.
Spring Japan accepts a wide selection of debit or credit cards and cash settlement (at convenience stores) for payment of your flights.
Pay by credit cards: You have to pay within 2 hours after completing the reservation.
Pay at convenience stores: You have to pay within 6 hours after completing the reservation.
Here I'll show you how to pay by credit card.
Make sure that booking and service fee (300JPY) will be included per passenger, per fligh.
If you are not good at reading Japanese, paying at convenience stores may be difficult for you.
After you choose payment method and click "購入 (buy)", the confirmation screen comes up, so you should click "はい（yes）".
The screen says general terms and conditions, so I don't translate into English.
When you finishing entering your payment details and click "次へ (Next）", please click "注文確定 (confirm order)" on the confirmation screen.
You can check the status of your booking after logging in.

Before Booking
Let's sign up for an account with Spring Japan, before booking!
The account is same as Spring Airline of China.
You can choose English language on the page, so you can create your account easily.
Search
First, you should go to the homepage to search for a Spring Japan flight.
Select flights
There are 3 types of fare.
First is "LuckySpring".
It is the most simple and cheapest fare and means a bargain price.
It only includes "carry-on baggage".
You can only purchase tickets during a sale.
Second class is "Spring".
It is the standard fare class. You can always choose this class.
It includes checked baggage weighing up to 10kg for free of charge.
You can book every routes from 5000JPY.
Third class is "SpringPlus".
This class is the most expensive fare class. Therefore, I don't recommend for ordinary traveller.
